7. Emergency Services (E911)

VoIP E911 has limitations compared to traditional landline 911 service. You must keep your registered service address current. Service outages (e.g., power, internet failure) will prevent E911 calls. We are not liable for the failure or limited functionality of E911 services.

8. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your Service immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service unlawfully. You may terminate your account according to your service agreement.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service "As Is": The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Limited Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

SMS Terms of Service 

1.SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2.Types of SMS Communications:

This makes your auto transport experience smooth and worry free. For brokers, the message frequency may be higher but will be limited to communication about load dispatch and status update.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

5.Opt-In Method:

6.Opt-Out Method:
